plasma 6.7.0 breaks "web browser extended" widget

after the update size and position of many widget changed
making it bigger did let appear the content again

no idea how this is possible at all because 
.config/plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc hat "chattr +i" since i got
sick and tired a few times each year lose all my widgets randomly after 
login while they are still in the file but ignored
