Excessive tests in Ruqola / dependencies not built as part of the Craft caches

I disabled on CI creating/executing autotest for freebsd/macos/win
I cleaned .craft.ini in ruqola/pim*

(I will create a MR which reactivate build them and I will execute by hand once by week to 
be sure that autotest still work on these platforms)
