On this matter I have to refer you to the sysadmin people, Ben here already

"Beginner" is always relative and hard to tell, everyone has a different 
offset. Fear you have just try and find out where you get stuck and where 
you can walk, and then ask based on your experienced situation for 
assistance :)

Right now the wanted task is testing the existing prototype and report where 
it suit people's needs with real world library projects and where it is 
missing out so far.
As well as designing and latter implementing the integration into KDE's CI.
