KDE Gear projects with failing CI (master + stable) (14 January 2026)

Please work on fixing them, otherwise i will remove the failing CI jobs on 
their 4th failing week, it is very important that CI is passing for multiple 
reasons.

VERY BAD NEWS: cantor(stable) tests failed for 4 consecutive weeks on FreeBSD 
so i have disabled it.

Good news: 2 repo fixed

Bad news: 7 repo started failing, 2 keeps failing
