KDE Gear projects with failing CI (master + stable) (25 August 2026)

Please work on fixing them, otherwise i will remove the failing CI jobs on 
their 4th failing week, it is very important that CI is passing for multiple 
reasons.


Good news: 12 repo fixed


Bad news: 4 repo started failing, 1 + AllCraftWindows repo still failing


Craft Windows signing is still broken 
 * This should be removed now since it has been 4 weeks. I have done https://invent.kde.org/sysadmin/ci-utilities/-/merge_requests/709 so that we do not continue burning electricity for no reason. I have no idea if this will work but I have no reason to believe it will not.
