KDE Gear projects with failing CI (master + stable) (18 August 2026)

Please work on fixing them, otherwise i will remove the failing CI jobs on 
their 4th failing week, it is very important that CI is passing for multiple 
reasons.


Good news: 12 repo fixed


Bad news: 1 + N + K repo started failing, M repo still failing

Craft macos fails to build - NEW

  * We need to use less C++ or increase the minimum macos supported version


apk jobs failing - NEW
 * https://invent.kde.org/utilities/telly-skout/-/pipelines/1318567 (and 
others)
  * complains about not being able to find artifacts


Craft Windows signing is still broken - LAST WEEK BEFORE REMOVAL
 * I did myself a favour not adding a list of all the builds broken because of 
this
