The prototype has now been turned into a first version up as release
candidate, please give the docs (ideally also code) some check:

Target is ECM 6.30.
Thanks to Allen, Laurent & Ben the deployment of the check to KDE CI has
already been prepared & tested, some KDE PIM projects using a copy of the
module running the check by default.
