Follow Up on KDE Review Request for Drawy

Hi,
Drawy is a new infinite whiteboard app built with C++/Qt and KDE
frameworks. It is approaching its first stable release. I sent an email
requesting a KDE review a week ago and most checks have been completed. I'm
not sure where to ask this question so please forgive me if this isn't the
right place to do so but I wanted to ask what kind of documentation is
required other than a README for the documentation step of the review
process? I have not seen newer apps have a docbook so I'm not sure if
that's required. I'd really appreciate it if someone could review and
please let me know. Here's the review request on invent:
