Based on the Git history looks like something in a Framework has changed to
upset this, given nothing in Dolphin itself has changed?

The SUSE images were recently rebuilt for KWin which is the likely cause of
this.

A rebuild of the same components as last time seems to be in order...

Seems to be a date formatting change in Qt 6.11?

Seed jobs have been triggered which should fix this.

There has been no change to the underlying image since the last successful
build, so this must be caused by something in ECM or elsewhere in the KDE
side of the stack.
