Based on the Git history looks like something in a Framework has changed to

The SUSE images were recently rebuilt for KWin which is the likely cause of
this.
A rebuild of the same components as last time seems to be in order...

There has been no change to the underlying image since the last successful
build, so this must be caused by something in ECM or elsewhere in the KDE
side of the stack.
