Colorable Task Bar

How hard can it possibly be to allow me to freely change the color of my task bar?
Are you serious?

I've been looking into this for half a day now and there's essentially ZERO solutions that don't require creating a new plasma theme from scratch.

Tell me.
Because I presume it must me true:

Would it kill you to add a simple ability to colorize the damned task bar to the user's liking?

Does your brain work?

I mean seriously.

How is it that you can create as much as you have, and overlook something so simple?

You have an entire section of your settings dedicated to being able to change colors and yet there is nothing there either.

I thought you were all about customizing things?
