KDE Gear projects with failing CI (master + stable) (19 November 2025)

Please work on fixing them, otherwise i will remove the failing CI jobs on 
their 4th failing week, it is very important that CI is passing for multiple 
reasons.

Good news: 2 + 40 repo fixed

Bad news: 8 repo started failing, 3 repo still failing

kitinerary - ONE WEEK PAST REMOVAL DEADLINE

  * Windows fails to compile
   * I have not remoed the Windows job because it was specifically asked to, 
but I WILL remove it next week. Once fixed it can be readded, but it is not 
fair to developers/newbies to have their MRs failing for a reason that is not 
their fault for so long
