I agree that this is a serious concern.

And in the end I bet a lawyer needs to give some insight on the legal 
aspects of using AI.

I'd rather play it safe than sorry here. In other words: I would rather 
overestimate than underestimate the legal risk.

Ingo's suggestions to train a model with KDE code might help. But of 
course to train a model will need a huge lot of resources according to 
what I know. However it probably needs to be done only once or maybe a few 
times depending on the experience with training AI models.
