KDE Gear projects with failing CI (master) (25 March 2025)

Please work on fixing them, otherwise i will remove the failing CI jobs on 
their 4th failing week, it is very important that CI is passing for multiple 
reasons.

Lots Of Craft Projects - NEW
 * There are too many craft jobs failed, timed-out or still waiting to list.
  * My understanding is that all the notary services are down and causing 
those timeouts.
