FreeBSD switched to LLVM 19 by default. I see the job passes

CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH=/builds/kdevelop/kdevelop/_install:/usr/:/usr/local/:/usr/local/llvm15

It should be changed to llvm19, but I can't find where this is set.
