As both yourself and Melvo (the two most active contributors to QXMPP) hold
KDE Developer accounts I don't think we need to do the full Incubation
process in this instance.
What we can do is move the project over and go through everything
associated to make sure that QXMPP meets the criteria (such as following
the Manifesto)
