The SUSE Qt 6.9 image was rebuilt about two weeks ago (see
https://invent.kde.org/sysadmin/ci-images/-/jobs/2944287) so the SBCL
update must have landed earlier than a few days ago?

Note that support for building Docker images will soon be disabled as part
of preparations for the transition to VM based CI.
