About joining KDE on element

Hello,

to use another homeserver, you first need to create an account on that
homeserver. To do that, please use the official Element site:
https://app.element.io/.

Once you've created an account, you can use webchat.kde.org using the
instructions on https://community.kde.org/Matrix ("To log in to the KDE
Matrix Webchat with an account from a different homeserver, use your
full @username:homeserver.com instead of your plain username").
