Windows 11 Predictive Snap-Assist for KWin

Hi Team,

I really enjoy using Plasma 6 and wanted to share an idea to improve window snapping in KWin, inspired by how Windows 11 handles it.

Plasma’s tiling works well, but it feels quite manual. Adding a few optional snap-assist features could make it easier and faster to use:

- Snap layout previews when hovering over the maximize button
- Suggestions to place other windows after the first snap
- Simple guided steps to finish common layouts

These features would make multitasking smoother and help new users get comfortable faster, without taking away KDE’s flexibility.
