Dropping Qt5 CI Support at the End of September 2025 - Sunsetting Qt 5

Should that not also happen for projects that still continue to exist,
like e.g. Frameworks with KF6 releases that now no longer need the  trunk_kf5 / stable_kf5 

translation updates, as we do no new releases (beside perhaps a security backport)?
