I'd say mentioning the tarball isn't necessary, i.e.
```
CI - Flatpak - Update Versions

GIT_SILENT
```
Even repeating "Update to" for each package seems redundant, i.e. maybe do 
just
```
CI - Flatpak - Update Versions

discount: 3.0.1.2
boost: 1.90.0
[...]

GIT_SILENT
```

Note the empty line after the commit title. And note the "GIT_SILENT".
