KDE Gear projects with failing CI (master) (19 August 2025)

Please work on fixing them, otherwise i will remove the failing CI jobs on 
their 4th failing week, it is very important that CI is passing for multiple 
reasons.

VERY BAD NEWS: messagelib tests got disabled after failing for 4 consecutive

Good news: 3 repos fixed

Bad news: 1 repo started failing, 1 repo still failing


telly-skout - NEXT WEEK TRIGGERS REMOVAL
 * https://invent.kde.org/utilities/telly-skout/-/pipelines/1020917
  * -Werror hurt itself in its confusion


kio-extras - NEW
 * https://invent.kde.org/network/kio-extras/-/pipelines/1018257
  * Windows thumbnailtest fails
