KDE Gear projects with failing CI (master) (29 April 2025)

Please work on fixing them, otherwise i will remove the failing CI jobs on 
their 4th failing week, it is very important that CI is passing for multiple 
reasons.

Bad news: 2 repositories have started failing, 2 are still failing

Good news: 3 repositories fixed

neochat - 2nd week

  * craft window build fails


telly-skout - 2nd week
 * https://invent.kde.org/utilities/telly-skout/-/pipelines/933534
  * Qt6.10 build fails, my suggestion is to open a bug to track it and 
temporarily disable the build


kdenlive - NEW
 * https://invent.kde.org/multimedia/kdenlive/-/pipelines/939952
  * flatpak build fails because of dependency server being down


arianna - NEW
 * https://invent.kde.org/graphics/arianna/-/pipelines/940149
  * reuse job fails
