This appears to be caused by 
https://invent.kde.org/network/neochat/-/commit/05a2f03c18435067d2e60e7ef6a8d025479d1c6c 
which has Neochat requiring KF6.6 which isn't out yet and thus not in 
the KDE Flatpak SDK/Runtime. KF6.6 will be out in a few days (tagging) 
and I'll hopefully remember to update the SDK/Runtime as soon as that's 
done so we can make sure this continues to build cleanly.
