I suspect a regression/behavior change in Qt 6.8. As you can also see above in 
the first line of this reply Qt now seems to spell out the timezone. One week 
ago (before my Tumbleweed got Qt 6.8) the above line still used the 
abbreviated timezone name "MESZ".
