It has changed, at least the translations have.

is the commit which broke it. It took me a while to see it, but there's a 
quotation mark, which isn't closed:

I'm not sure how to contact Belarusian translators though, there's no team 
on l10n.kde.org and there's no "be" component on bugs.kde.org
