Incubation request: Simple PDF editor

Hi,

Thank You for the quick response and sorry for my late reply.
I missed it by not subscribing to the list - now I'm, so fixed.

Still, the project will need a sponsor - I promise to handle other
than sponsor stuff myself (unless more people will join).
So I'm humble asking for someone.
It seems that Pdf Editor project is the right direction.
(Judging by the fact that an attempt was already made)
