I've investigated this and there are a combination of two issues here,
however when it comes to the MySQL driver: it appears that there is a
packaging conflict preventing it from being installed.
@tcberner - apparently it wants mysql80-client explicitly and wants to
throw out mariadb106-client and mariadb106-server?

Even if we fix this, it looks like MySQL has the same dependency on System
V IPC that Postgres has, which is not supported within FreeBSD Jails...
