KTextTemplate i18n

Ah! Thanks Nico for the quick response.
Where can I file a bug report for this?
(Sorry - I'm not familiar with the KDE dev process since this is my first
interaction with it, so I don't know where anything is. Adding a "report
a KTextTemplate issue" in the "About KTextTemplate" on the right-hand side
in the docs would be helpful!)
