my questions about whether we can merge the kf6 branch for this have gone 
unanswered so far unfortunately, which would at least hide that issue

frameworks/kcontacts shows the same issue, my guess would be it's related to 
changes to iso-codes or its translation catalogs in the FreeBSD image, the 
failures all appeared after a recent image update without corresponding code 
changes.
