KDE Gear projects with failing CI (master) (12 September 2023)

Please work on fixing them, otherwise i will eventually remove the failing CI 
jobs, it is very important that CI is passing for multiple reasons.

Good news: We have 3 repositoriy less failing :) [*]

Bad news: We have 1 new repository failing :/

[*] kate was failing for 4th week in a row so i just "fixed" the CI the hard 
way. Please kate developers fix it properly
