KDE Gear projects with failing CI (master) (5 September 2023)

Please work on fixing them, otherwise i will eventually remove the failing CI 
jobs, it is very important that CI is passing for multiple reasons.

Good news: We have 1 repositoriy less failing :)

Bad news: We have 2 new repositories failing :/
