For those curious, for PartTest at least I have traced the failure down now
and the results are with Kurt now so hopefully we should be able to get a
fix soon.
(Amazing what happens when you can get a backtrace :))

It appears to be a race condition caused by network/DNS weirdness on the
FreeBSD build nodes.
