KDE Gear projects with failing CI (master) (3 October 2023)

Please work on fixing them, otherwise i will remove the failing CI 
jobs on their 4th failing week, it is very important that CI is passing for 
multiple reasons.

Good news: We have no new repository failing

= FAILING UNIT TESTS =

konsole: (4th week)
 * https://invent.kde.org/utilities/konsole/-/pipelines/492538
  * freebsd_qt515 tests are failing

Since it was the 4th week of failing tests i have removed those tests.


For those interested in working on fixing them i have opened this branch/MR 
feel free to take over it.
