KDE Gear projects with failing CI (master) (11 July 2023)

Please work on fixing them, otherwise i will eventually remove the failing CI 
jobs, it is very important that CI is passing for multiple reasons.

Good progress this week!

We went from 20 failing repositories to just 6.

NEW (1 repository): marble

NO PROGRESS (2 repositories): svgpart, filelight

SOME PROGRESS (3 repositories): kalendar, kmplot, ark
