I am very confused. Nate says no to per commit/merge and you say no because
it is only release triggers? Please don't kill my proposal because I only
want release build triggers. I mean I can enable edge builds for every
commit/merge if that's what you want? I understand Nate does not want this.
Please let me move forward with this.
