KDE Gear projects with failing CI (master) (8 August 2023)

Please work on fixing them, otherwise i will eventually remove the failing CI 
jobs, it is very important that CI is passing for multiple reasons.

Good news: We've fixed all the failing CIs since last report 

Bad news: We've introduced 5 new failing ones
