Remove Qt4 from sysadmin/repo-metadata

This is being retained for legacy builds which are periodically undertaken
by people to compare KDE 4 / Qt 4 behaviour to KF5 / Qt 5.
Hence why they're still around.

They don't do any harm in their current place, so see no need to remove
them at this time.
