I've had a stab at doing this now in
https://invent.kde.org/sysadmin/ci-images/-/jobs/366231
Note that if this succeeds we'll need to check it worked - and if it did
then we can proceed to rebuilding windows-qt515 which should hopefully fix
our issues :)
