Incubating app (Git Klient)

Tried to send this earlier, but used the wrong address, so it got stuck in
moderation possibly:

A sponsor is a KDE developer who will walk you through getting a developer
account, getting code reviewed, going over the different release
mechanisms, etc. to decide how best to become an official application.
