I'm not super experienced myself on Plasma Mobile, so I'd suggest you to drop in their Matrix channel (or mailing list) and ask there https://plasma-mobile.org/join/

If you don't have any luck I will help you, after all the incubating part is relatively generic for most of the KDE parts.
