KDE Gear promotion material

Hello everyone,

The release of KDE Gear 21.04 is approaching and it would be nice
if developers could help promo by adding the new features and bugfixes
in the app they are maintaining in the following file:

It doesn't needs to be elaborate and can just be a list of MR/commits/
bugreports closed/...
