Error when trying to install ECM (Extra Cmake Modules)

could you try to install sphinx-common python3-sphinxcontrib*
and this is my small guide for new kde developers ( still not completed but
give a hint )
(based on ubuntu 20.10 but probably also suits other debian based distros )
