Gitlab updates completed

Hi all,

This morning i've completed updates to our Gitlab instance at invent.kde.org,
bringing us up to Gitlab 13.5.

Details on the new functionality and major bugs fixed can be found at
https://about.gitlab.com/releases/2020/10/22/gitlab-13-5-released/

Please note that as we use the Community Edition of Gitlab, only features
shown as being in 'Core' are available to us.
