[kde-de] kmail searching mails not possible

Version: 4.14.1

Debian 8.3

Searching mails is not possible.
It immediately stops without any result.

> sudo apt-get install baloo4
> akonadictl stop
> akonadictl start

Package 'baloo4' is missing.

Stop and start is necessary as the author says.
Reboot only does not help in this case.
