Having issues with KDE 3.4.1 Cygwin on XP SP2 and Cygwin 1.5.21-1

I've been trying out the 3.4.1 release of KDE for Cygwin and am running into some 
difficulties with a) KDE running extraordinarily slow and konqi crashing when I 
start it to browse my ~/ directory. If there is anything I can do to make this 
work better etc., let me know. Thanks.
