problem starting KDE whith cygwin

Hallo.
Can you help me ?
When i start the kde3.4 whith cygwin allways recive the same error message:
WARNING: Problem deleting stale lockfile /opt/kde3.4/home/share/config/kconf_updaterc.loc
WARNING: Problem deleting stale lockfile /opt/kde3.4/home/share/config/kpersonalizerrc.lock
