problem deleting stale lockfile

            Hello,
  I installed cygwin kde form http://webdev.cegit.de/snapshots/kde-cygwin/kde/kde3.4/  , and I  followed each step but when I try  to start kde I keep getting the error : WARNING: Problem deleting stale  lockfile /opt/kde3.4/home/share/config/kpersonalizerrc.lock
      What’s wrong? , please help.
