Hidden dependency in QT3/Win Borland build environment?

compile in a cmd.exe console...
but before setup the way it's suggested in borland bcc55 compiler(folow the
website recommendation on kde-cygwin - borland bcc55) ...
Have you tried to compile 3.3.2 ?
And if it does the same problem then you might have
a problem with your compiling environnment...
