kaffeine for your KDE dekstop

whether you are smitten by the kaffeine or not, here
is the cygwin patch to build it. The good thing is
that it uses xine backend, builds easily and runs
smoothly.

few quirks:

1. it cribs about no player engine at startup. as soon
as you start the player, select the 'kaffeine' as the
'player engine', and it will initialize xine and work
nicely.
2. disable the goom visualization, it makes X eat
40-50 CPU.
