Error in setup.ini

There appears to be an error in your setup.ini.  It references the current
version of perl to be

version: 5.8.6-1
install: release/perl/perl-5.8.6-1.tar.bz2 7426220
8abb893c9c77218af8ed1544d37d9142
source: release/perl/perl-5.8.6-1-src.tar.bz2 10217605
b75e0d664e50921d81dcbb7bdf533936

This prevents installation.

However, these files do not exist in your servers install directory.  The
current version of perl there is 5.8.6-2

I found a workaround by selecting a second mirror in the Cygwin setup and
it has correctly identified and downloaded Perl 5.8.6-2.  However I have
yet to see if everything runs correctly.

The entry for the manpages is also incorrect.
